today was joan's birthday. too bad that yao wen cannot go.. but at least he shared the present we bought for her XD it was quite a tiring day.
at first i meet grace and joan at queensway shopping center at 10am. the shops open later than 11 so we stayed in macdonalds for a very long time. we passed the first birthday present to joan and said it was the only present we bought.we said we had to go by 11.30 and we separated from joan.
then we took taxi to joan's hse quickly. as we passed by the bus stop joan should be, we did not see her! we thought that she had boarded the bus.
while we were 'shopping' just now, fanny, jj and kenny went to take the cake and present from grace's maid and went to joan's hse first to give her a surprise.
as grace and i reach holland close, we could not find her block and we thought we were late.we went up to joan's hse as quickly as we could. joan had not reached home yet. we gave her a surprise when she reached home.
after celebrating her birthday at home, we went vivo. bought happy feet tickets which was at the first row coz there wasn't any left!!! then we went to the mini pool to take pictures then went to the arcade to play. woot! it was fun! then we went to giant to buy sushi! it was time to go into the cinema, so we hid our sushis inside our bag and went in to eat.
happy feet was quite a nice show, the baby penguins are sooooooo cute! it was a happy ending. after that, we went to giant again to buy drinks and fanny bought vegetables and dumpling skins and sushi for her mother.
this ended our day...
